Large 1 Topping Pizza, Pitcher of Soda
Party Setup - cups, plates, napkins, forks
Choice of Princess, Dinosaur or Aquatic Theme 
Bowling Pin for the Birthday Child
*Optional Goodie Boxes for $15 per lane while supplies last.

Package #2: Cost: $50.00 Per Lane
Includes: 
Bowling & Shoes (up to 6 people per lane)
Large 1 Topping Pizza, Pitcher of Soda
Bowlopolis Theme Party Setup - cups, plates, napkins, forks
Bowling Pin for the Birthday Child

Package 3: Cost: $35.00 Per Lane
Includes: 
Bowling & Shoes (up to 6 people per lane)
This package may be purchased on Sundays from 1:00 - 3:00 PM.  Sunday Parties are not Cosmic.  Add Soda or Pizza from the items below.

Note: 
-50% deposit due by Wednesday before the party.
-All parties are for no more than 6 people per lane.
-No bumpers for anyone over the age of 8.
-Bowling pins are for #1 and #2 package only.
